Samyoga runs today inside regulated Indian enterprises, including air gapped manufacturing sites with no outbound network at all. It is also early enough that the person who joins gets to define their function. Both are true, and we say both out loud in the first call.
Data residency and air gapped deployment are not a positioning exercise here. They are the reason we get into rooms that a US hosted platform cannot easily follow us into, and they shape what we build.
